Riding Memberships
Riding Memberships are available and provide year round access and use of the Agriplex arena when the facility is not booked or rented privately.

Membership Options
Individual 1 month: $50
Individual Annual Membership: $250
Family (4 people) Annual Membership: $500
Trainer Membership: $500 (anyone who rides client horses at the facility must purchase a trainer membership)
All new memberships include a $20 fee for a door access card.

Upon purchase you will sign a waiver, receive a copy of the facility rules, and a link to the members riding calendar, in which you must put your name in when you are coming in the facility.

Information for Users

Facility access
As a Riding Membership holder you are able to access the facility for riding with your swipe card at any time that there are no bookings on the calendar. Please ensure you check the riding members calendar, and put your name, and anyone riding with you in the calendar. There are no restrictions on number of riders or people in the facility at this time. 

When you purchase your membership you will receive a brief orientation, along with a link to the Riding Members Calendar.

Riding Members Calendar
The Ag Society riding membership holders are asked to use this calendar when they plan to come into the facility. People with children, or green horses may want to come in at times when the arena is quiet. The Ag Society adds private rentals, events, and activities to this calendar so that our members know when the facility is NOT available.

  • Open the goggle sheet document via the link provided. You may need to downloads google sheets on your i phone in order to edit the calendar.
  • Please add your name in the timeslots you intend to be at the facility, along with the names or any other riders joining you.

User Rules

  • Please do not leave the door open any longer than necessary during the winter. It costs A LOT to heat the building. 
  • DO NOT bring horses through the MAN DOOR. Use your card to open the man door, then open the small overhead door and bring in horses.
  • Do not tie horses inside of the arena. 
  • Keep the gate between the tie area and the arena closed.
  • Clean up after yourself. All manure and dirt is to be swept up and put in a wheel barrow. Wheel barrows are to be dumped outside of large overhead door before you leave. If your horse pees, please put down some shavings to soak it up, then clean up all shavings and sprinkle wet area with some stall dry. MAURE IN THE ARENA MUST BE PICKED UP AS WELL.
  • Turn the lights off when you leave. Check the doors to ensure they are shut properly before you leave. 
  • ALL riders that are 14 or younger must wear a helmet. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Safety of users and their animals is of utmost importance. Stallions must be handled with care and attention, and not cause any disruption to other horses or riders in the facility. No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to handle or ride an intact stallion in the facility. A stallion can not be left unattended in the tie area if there are any other animals present.

Arena Etiquette

  • Open riding time is for all members. Equipment such as jumps, barrels, or the round pen are not to be put up during open riding unless there is agreement from everyone present. Members can rent the arena privately AT $60/HOUR for personal use.
  • Riders are expected to be in control of their animals, and ride in a manner that does not interfere with others. 
  • Do Not leave animals un attended in the tie area. 
  • Open riders are not to be in the arena at the start of a scheduled booking. Please check the riding members calendar for booking. Please be out of the area when a booking starts. 
  • User groups and private bookings are not permitted to enter the facility until 15 minutes prior to their scheduled booking, and are expected to be out of the building 15 minutes after the scheduled booking is over. 

Riding Waivers 

  • ALL users must sign a waiver before using the arena, and sign a new one each year.
  • They can be found on the document rack on the east wall in the tie area. Please fill one out and leave it in the same place. Alternately you can DOWNLOAD the form HERE, fill it out and email back to hpagsociety@hotmail.com
  • If there are none available please let our manager know by emailing hpagsociety@hotmail.com. 

Drop Ins
The Ag Society permits our members to bring guests with them to ride at the Facility. DROP IN RIDING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT A CURRENT RIDING MEMBER PRESENT.

  • Drop in riders must sign a waiver (located in the tie area on the document rack on the east wall) and follow the rules of the facility.
  • The riding membership holder is responsible for their guests, INCLUDING CLEAN UP.
  • Drop in fee is $10 per person. Pay drop in fee at the north end of the arena. There are envelopes and a pen at the office window. please fill out the information and put your drop in money in the envelope and put it in the drop slot. 
  • Drop in fees can now be paid via e transfer!! Email is hpagsociety@hotmail.com please add that the payment is for a drop in, for who, and the member you came with in the comments section of the EMT. 

Clean Up

  • You are expected to clean up all manure and urine that your animal leaves behind. There are shavings available to soak up urine, and please sprinkle stall dry on the wet spot after you have cleaned up the shavings. 
  • Manure in the roping boxes, back pen, arena, and alleyway needs to be cleaned up before you leave the facility.
  • Empty the wheelbarrows – if they are full please dump them outside in front of the big overhead door where the tractor can push it away.
  • As of December 2019 the Ag Society board of Directors will be fining users for not cleaning up. The first offense will be $50 and suspension of swipe card until fine is paid, second offense is $100 and suspension of swipe card until fine is paid. Security camera footage will be reviewed to determine those responsible, should complaints be received. 

Issues or Complaints 

  • The Office Manager is not responsible for dealing with user complaints or issues, and the Ag Society Facebook Page is not an appropriate place to voice complaints, they will be removed. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors.  
  • If you feel there is an issue that needs to be addressed by the Board please contact a member of the Executive and inform them of it. Include: Date & time, description of incident or issue & people involved should be shared.
