Arena Rentals
The Agriplex arena is available for private hourly and daily rentals for non-commercial use. This includes use of the arena only, and access to the washrooms. Additional equipment can be added onto your rental and is listed below. A signed rental agreement and payment of rent and deposit are to be completed prior to facility access.

Commercial Events
Commercial or large multi day event rentals and requests not covered within this document are evaluated by the board and a rental agreement will be developed to meet the specific needs of the event A request detailing the event and what will be required should be emailed to our Facility Manager for review and the next Board of Director meeting. Copies of relevant event insurance, and AGLC licenses to be provided prior to event.
Kitchen and Catering
Dorothy’s Kitchen is located in the Agriplex facility and if you would like to discuss food service for your rental or event you can contact Dorothy Johansson directly at 780 536 6810 to discuss your needs. The HP Ag Society gives Dorothy’s Kitchen first right of refusal for food services at events taking place in the facility.
Payment of Deposit and Rent
Payments can be made via cash, cheque or via e-transfer to the High Prairie Agricultural Society
Damage Deposits can be returned promptly if paid in cash, otherwise time for cheque processing is required.
