We invite users and members to join us for our 2025 Annual General Meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 7:00pm at the High Prairie Agriplex facility.
Agenda to include:
• Celebration of the past year’s achievements
• Director Election: 7 – two year Director Positions open for nomination and election
• Committee appointments
• Presentation of our 2024/25 financial statement
NEW Policy – Recognition for your commitment to the HPAS
We would like to recognize and appreciate those who commit their time to helping organize activities, events, help with work bees, projects at the facility or fundraising throughout the year.
Directors and Committee Members will receive credit for their volunteer hours, as of November 3, 2025, when their riding membership renews.
25 hours = 1/2 price annual riding membership, 50 hours = a free membership.

We would love to get some folks together to start up family Gymkhana and break away roping
New committees can be established at the Nov 3 AGM.
Committees meet as needed to plan and organize, and report to the board at Monthly Director meetings.
